A Journey Within — Haṭha Vidyā Retreat in Adrasan, Türkiye

Step away from the noise of everyday life and enter a space of practice, reflection and inner connection.

Set in the quiet beauty of Adrasan, Antalya, among olive and fruit gardens with views of Adrasan Bay, this retreat invites you to reconnect with the timeless wisdom of Yoga through Āsana, Prāṇāyāma, Meditation and traditional practices, under the guidance of Acharya Bala.

A few days to slow down, turn inward, deepen your practice and experience the transformative depth of authentic Haṭha Yoga, as preserved in the classical texts and the unbroken Guru-Shishya lineage.

What the retreat offers

- Daily Āsana practice

- Prāṇāyāma (traditional breathing practices)

- Guided meditation

- Teachings on yogic living from Acharya Bala

- Quiet time in nature, in a dedicated yoga studio surrounded by gardens
